We offer a 1-year warranty on all dentures from the date of delivery. For removable dentures, the warranty is 6 months.
The guarantee applies only to the crown, bridge or denture we make, and does not cover individual biological changes in the gums, bone or the body.
The guarantee is only valid if the patient attends a check-up every 6 months. Failure to do so will void the guarantee.
In case of any problem or complaint - even after the treatment has been completed - an appointment can only be booked online, via the website.
If the patient unreasonably postpones the final delivery of the denture and does not discuss this with the treating physician in advance, we will charge a 20% surcharge upon finalization.
